Dashboard Login Issues

Use this page when you cannot sign in to the Custodian Labs dashboard.

Symptoms

You may see:

  • Login fails with an email or password error.
  • You do not receive a confirmation or reset email.
  • Google sign-in does not complete.
  • You are redirected back to the login page.
  • The dashboard opens, but protected pages send you back to login.

Likely Causes

Common causes include:

  • The email or password is incorrect.
  • The account has not completed email confirmation.
  • The password reset link has expired.
  • The browser is blocking cookies required for the session.
  • You are using a different email than the one used during sign-up.
  • The OAuth provider is not configured for the current environment.

How to Check

  1. Confirm you are using the correct email.
  2. Try password login if OAuth sign-in fails.
  3. Check your inbox and spam folder for confirmation or reset emails.
  4. Open the dashboard in a private browser window.
  5. Disable browser extensions that block cookies or redirects.
  6. Confirm you are using the production dashboard URL:
https://dashboard.custodianlabs.io/

How to Fix

  • Reset your password from the login page.
  • Confirm your email if required.
  • Try another browser.
  • Clear site cookies and sign in again.
  • Use the production dashboard instead of a local or preview URL.
  • Contact support if login still fails.
