Receipts and Invoices

Receipts and invoices help account owners track payment history and billing records.

Some billing documents are handled by Stripe, while the dashboard may show account-level transaction records.

Email Receipts

For paid checkout, Stripe may send a receipt or payment confirmation to the email used during checkout.

If you do not receive an email, check:

  • The email used for the Stripe payment.
  • Spam or filtered inboxes.
  • Whether the payment completed successfully.

Dashboard Billing Records

The dashboard Settings page may show billing records such as:

  • Plan name.
  • Payment status.
  • Amount.
  • Currency.
  • Payment date.

These records help you confirm that a payment was recorded for your account.

Stripe-Managed Documents

Formal receipts, invoice PDFs, tax details, or card information may be managed by Stripe rather than directly edited in the Custodian Labs dashboard.

If a document is not available in the dashboard, contact support with:

  • Account email.
  • Approximate payment date.
  • Plan name.
  • Any Stripe receipt or payment reference you received.

When No Invoice Appears

If no invoice or billing record appears:

  • Confirm that payment completed.
  • Refresh the dashboard.
  • Check the email address used for checkout.
  • Contact support if the payment succeeded but the dashboard has no record.
