Receipts and Invoices
- Email receipt — Stripe sends one to the email used at checkout. Not there? Check spam and confirm the payment completed.
- Dashboard — Settings shows billing records: plan, status, amount, currency, date.
- Formal invoices / tax docs / card info — managed by Stripe.
Need a document that isn't there
Contact support with your account email, approximate payment date, plan name, and any Stripe receipt reference. First confirm the payment actually completed and refresh the Dashboard.
